Online Vinyl orders will be shipped out same day if order is placed before 4pm cst.

Online Vinyl orders for store pickup will be ready within 4hrs after order was placed. Unless it was after hours.
- All online orders come with package tracking numbers from the carrier.
- MVP Vinyl offer free shipping on all orders over $49.99. Orders will be shipped UPS or USPS.
- Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and out of the country additional charges may be added.
- All orders will be sent out same day Monday-Friday, except holidays. If you miss the shipping cutoff time, you order will be shipped the next business day.
- MVP Vinyl will not ship to a P.O Box.
- All custom-made items will be ready and shipped within 5-7 business days.
- All DTF prints will be shipped out within 3 business days.
- There are absolutely no refunds, unless there was a defect cause by MVP Vinyl.
- If your package was damage by the carrier please contact the carrier and put in a damage claim.
- If your package is lost, please notify MVP Vinyl so we may track it down. Please allow us up to 3 business days for a response from the carrier.
- MVP Vinyl is not responsible for packages that was lost by the carrier.
- MVP Vinyl will not replace an item that is stolen from your delivery address.
- If a product is not in stock, we will contact you by email or phone to see if you want to exchange or refund your item. If we do not hear back from you within 24hrs we will cancel or refund you for the amount of that item.
- After order is placed, we do not accept cancellation. There are no refunds after order is placed.
